This system includes Bar Coding of all job operations and is used for precise tracking and real time production planning. The shop has advanced machining capabilities including CNC Jig Grinding, CNC ID/OD Grinding, Vertical and Horizontal Machining, CNC Surface Grinding, Wire EDM, CNC Mill-Turning and CNC Turning. Our shop personnel have an average of 10 years work experience in the Thermoform tooling industry and are committed to the success of this employee owned company. The Quality Control System utilizes ISO9000 standards as its foundation, which dictates 1st piece inspections and the use of our CMM to verify all critical dimensions.
